By purchasing products from EDC with Sully, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to purchase the products ordered.

Assumption of Risk
Knives and edged tools are inherently dangerous if used improperly.
By purchasing products from EDC with Sully, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with ownership, possession, handling, carrying, storage, maintenance, and use of the products purchased.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDC with Sully, its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, criminal liability, civil liability, fines, penalties, or other losses arising from:
- Improper use of any product;
- Failure to comply with applicable laws;
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, modification, or improper maintenance of any product;
- Accidents involving purchased products.
Order Acceptance
EDC with Sully reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time, including when we believe fulfillment may violate applicable laws or our company policies.
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, the customer will receive a refund of the purchase price.
Product Information
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and photographs are accurate.
However, manufacturers may change specifications without notice, and errors may occasionally occur.
EDC with Sully reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer, products sold by EDC with Sully are subject only to the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
EDC with Sully does not provide any additional express or implied warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from purchases made through EDC with Sully shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDC with Sully’s total liability arising from any purchase shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
